Ksenia is currently leading the Fit for Work Programme - a major international initiative, exploring early intervention, treatment and rehabilitation practices that could help people living with musculoskeletal disorders stay in or return to work.

Ksenia’s research interests centre around identity formation and change. For her master’s thesis at the School of Slavonic and Eastern European Studies at University College London, Ksenia evaluated the adjustment strategies and psychological wellbeing of Polish migrants returning home from the UK. She is currently working towards a PhD in management, investigating effectiveness of altruistic behaviours among senior leaders.
