Alice is the Partnership Administrator; she joined The Work Foundation in May 2011 under an apprenticeship scheme and carries out the day-to-day administrative duties for the partnership team.
Alice has specific responsibility for co-coordinating the events calendar and has a keen interest in the events programme. She also assists with updating the website and liaising with partners to ensure they are well informed and satisfied by the service they are receiving.

Mock Employment Law Tribunal The session provides delegates with an understanding of the Employment Tribunal's decision-making process, and is helpful for anyone who deals (or may have to deal) with Employment Tribunal cases.

Employment Law Seminar: Communications in the Workplace We will provide an update on the Data Protection Act and how it impacts on HR practice and procedure. We will also consider the extent to which employers can monitor employees via CCTV, and their use of telephones, email and the internet both at work and during any absences.
