With the first 23 years of his career in the automotive sector (marketing, quality improvement, strategic planning, product development, training, then finally leadership and organisation development), Peter Wall was a driving force behind Jaguar Land Rover, winning 'Outstanding Workplace of the Year' at the 2006 National Business Awards.
While at The Work Foundation, he was closely involved with the outstanding leadership research and was instrumental in translating the findings into practical developmental applications. He now has 15 years of experience as a facilitator and coach, providing focused individual and collective support, often allied to leadership and organisation development interventions, in many different organisations and in all sectors. He has particular expertise in working in cross-cultural, multi-stakeholder environments and has been called upon regularly to help leaders and team members of recently merged or newly collaborating organisations and teams to clarify mutual aims and enhance individual and collective performance.
He has devised and delivered coaching skills development programmes from introductory through to advanced level with groups in Germany and Sweden as well as in the UK, and supported leadership and organisation development interventions, including in the USA, Thailand, Switzerland and France.
