Neil joined The Work Foundation in September 2010, initially as Delivery Manager for the Partnership team, managing the effective administration of partnerships and providing events, materials and communications co-ordination.
In August 2011 Neil moved into the role of Relationship Manager, helping to oversee The Work Foundation's network of partner organisations.
He is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with all partner organisations through regular meetings and communications, as well as ensuring the timely delivery of a variety of events and networking opportunities.
His clients include the British Film Institute, The Design Council, The House of Commons, IFAW in Action, Macmillan Cancer Support, National Housing Federation, Sainsbury's, The Shaw Trust Ltd, The Children's Society, The Health Foundation and Visit Britain.
Neil graduated with a BA (Hons) in Politics and American Studies from the University of Keele, during which time he studied at Oklahoma State University. Since then he has also studied and worked in Sydney and New York.
