Maternity Cover Researcher (Health & Wellbeing), Centre for Workforce Effectiveness

We are seeking researchers in the area of health and wellbeing at work for a 12 month maternity cover contract. You should have a relevant social science degree with appropriate research experience post-degree to undertake this post. You should be familiar with a range of quantitative and qualitative research methods in organisational and/or clinical settings. The researcher will work primarily in the area of health and well-being studies and play a key role in a new multi-country study on mental health. You should be able to conduct and analyse interviews and focus groups with patients, user-groups and key stakeholders with the aim of identifying bio-psychosocial factors that can inform practice.

This post would suit someone who already has experience in research in health in the workplace, intends to pursue an academic career in this field and can work with a high degree of independence.

The post is full-time (35 hours p.w.) for 12 month contract.
