Average incidence of low pay in OECD 2011/2012

Low Pay is a critical issue affecting the UK economy – our position in terms of incidence of low pay in comparison to OECD countries is one of the worst.

NB: The incidence of low-paid workers is defined as the share of full-time workers earning less than two-thirds of gross median earnings of all full-time workers.
