The challenge of being in work on a low income

Turn2us (part of the charity, Elizabeth Finn Care) has commissioned The Work Foundation to conduct research exploring the following questions:

  • Why is the issue of personal financial difficulties relevant to employees and employers?
  • What challenges do low earning employees face when dealing with their finances?
  • How can the impact of personal financial concerns on employee wellbeing be reduced?
  • What role could employers play in signalling access to support for employees experiencing difficulties or anxieties around money?
