The Event:

George Osborne, Chancellor of the Exchequer, will be announcing his second Budget on 23 March. Reducing the UK’s deficit is a key aim of the Coalition government and the announcements made are likely to affect everyone in some way. So what will it mean for society, the economy, businesses, jobs and growth?

The Work Foundation will analyse what the implications of this Budget will be and invites its network of partner organisations to a de-briefing session. Will Hutton, executive vice chair and Ian Brinkley, director socio- economic programmes will candidly discuss the announcements of the previous day and take questions from the audience.
