The Context

Whilst the massive growth in social media has offered forward thinking employers with marketing, recruitment and employee engagement opportunities it has also presented challenges. Breaches of confidentiality, anti-discrimination laws, harassment, loss of productivity and damage to reputation are just some of the issues employers have had to address in managing employees' use of a medium which continues to evolve.

Why did people attend?

The seminar provided an update as to recent case law, practical guidance as to how best to identify and manage the risks associated with social media plus a practical interactive workshop session.

This event was for our network of partners only.
