The Event

According to all sources, a combination of filthy weather, financial strains and shattered New Year’s resolutions all conspire to make the third Monday in January the most depressing day of the year. On Monday 16 January, Inclusive Employers, Mind and The Work Foundation invite you to cast aside the blues, exercise your brain and join a discussion about creating mentally healthy workplaces.

The session will be interactive, include lots of opportunities to ask questions and get into the debate, all chaired by Stefan Stern, Visiting Professor at Cass Business School.

This event will challenge you to think creatively about mental health at work, looking at what employers can do to mitigate the increasing pressures on people at work and how we can reduce the stigma of mental ill-health.

This event is exclusively for partners with The Work Foundation and there is no fee to attend.

To reserve your place on this event, please email and include your name, company, job title, email address and telephone number.
