This session is designed for a maximum of 15 participants and will be hosted by Ksenia Zhelthoukhova, Researcher, The Work Foundation who will be joined by guest speaker Dr Richard Heron, Vice President of Health, for BP. Richard will speak candidly on his experience of creating a healthy workforce – challenge or opportunity? Our exchange forums are high-level discussions aimed at Chief Medical Officers; Directors of Strategy; Directors of Human Resources; Heads of Health, Safety and Wellness; and Heads of Occupational Health.
This is a peer-to-peer learning session, held under Chatham House Rule. The objective is to share learning and best practice from not only The Work Foundation, but also from other experts and practitioners, to enable organisations to continually improve the health & wellbeing of their workforce. Each session features a different guest speaker, talking about the successes and challenges of implementing a strategy for improved health and wellbeing within a large organisation.
