In this challenging environment, it is more important than ever that employers and employees can work together to ensure both organisation and employees are resilient.
As such a strategic approach to wellbeing at work means going far beyond having a sickness absence policy. But with pressure to reduce costs, employers need to justify every pound spent, so how can employers be sure that investing in workplace wellbeing will deliver returns?
