The UK labour market has, by international standards, performed well in recent years. However, challenges remain in the form of low pay, wage inequality, skills progression and job quality.

The OECD launched its Employment Outlook 2015 report at The Work Foundation on Thursday 9th July 2015 with a 90 minute seminar at which policy makers, researchers, employers, Trades Unions and journalists were able to hear the key points from across the OECD and special emphasis on the issues being faced here in the UK.

The full report from the OECD is available for download from their website and a copy of Mark Keese's slides can be downloaded by clicking here.
