Fluctuating Conditions, Fluctuating Support: Improving organisational resilience to fluctuating conditions in the workforce

Fluctuating Conditions, Fluctuating Support: Improving organisational resilience to fluctuating conditions in the workforce

Karen Steadman, Victoria Shreeve and Stephen Bevan
22 January 2015

The paper argues that for those living with conditions where the symptoms fluctuate, such as asthma, depression or rheumatoid arthritis, the quality of support received also fluctuates far too much.
