Nikola Hall is The Work Foundation's Web and digital specialist. With the web now the most important communications channel for ideas-led organisations, she leads on web design and creative use of content to spearhead our messages to both organisational and policy-oriented audiences. Nikola previously worked as Head of Partnership which included working on their marketing strategy. She has also been a member of the website steering group.
