Stephen Bevan
Stephen is managing director having joined The Work Foundation in 2002 as director of research. He has also worked at Ashridge Management College and at The Institute for Employment Studies at the University of Sussex.
Stephen has carried out research and consultancy for the No.10 Policy Unit, HM Treasury, the Cabinet Office and the European Commission. He has also advised many blue chip companies and several research councils and charitable trusts. He has written and spoken widely about The Work Foundation's programmes, both in the UK and overseas. His areas of specialism include health and wellbeing at work, employee engagement and retention and reward strategies.

Lynne Thomas
Lynne joined The Work Foundation in 2006 and is director of advice. Lynne specialises in executing strategy, improving organisational performance and rescuing failed initiatives. She has more than 20 years' business consulting experience in the UK, USA and Asia-Pacific. Lynne has consulted to the executive teams and boards of major players in the private, public and third sectors.
Lynne's areas of expertise include organisation; role and job design (she previously held the position of Global Competency Leader for Organisational Design for a leading consultancy firm);enterprise-wide change programme design and management; strategy testing for organisational capability; leadership cohesion and clarity; and risk management.
