A Director of Facta Consult, Julia is expert in the design of high impact diagnostics: to deliver lasting positive organisational transformation. Originally a journalist and subeditor (and then Senior Consultant at the Industrial Society/Work Foundation for 11 years), Julia has a keen eye for detail which she likes to distil into its essence to paint a clear picture for her clients.

She enjoys using creative qualitative and quantitative techniques to really listen to organisations’ biggest asset – their employees. Through these, she helps pinpoint how and where client businesses can take actions of greatest impact; actions that create a more fulfilled and engaged workforce, leading to both competitive advantage and increased organisational performance. “Enhanced employee engagement, commitment and loyalty are powerful commercial weapons”, says Julia.

Her clients span all sectors and sizes. Recent clients include the British Library, Ibstock Brick, The Independent Police Complaints Commission, the Royal Borough of Greenwich, the Royal Opera House and the Rugby Football Union. Julia holds a Masters Degree in Marketing Management with Distinction and has a number of publications.
