Embedding EDI in the workplace – Discussing future agenda on EDI at work

In collaboration with the Work Foundation, Lancaster University and the University of Sheffield, Aston Business School hosted the 7th seminar in the “Embedding Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) in the Workplace” seminar series. This series of seminars, funded by ESRC provided platform to voice new ideas and spark social innovation to help organisations create inclusive environments where everyone, irrespective of their backgrounds, can flourish and reach their full potential.

This seminar was the final seminar of this series and included presentations from a range of speakers to discuss the ‘future agenda of diversity’; a panel discussion and an ‘open space’ event where all those who attended could contribute to the future agenda of equality and diversity to achieve real change.

  • Harish Bhayani, Founder and Senior Partner of PRM Diversity Consultants, and
  • Yvonne Thompson CBE, a respected public figure focusing on transforming conditions for small business, women and minorities.
  • Dr Gina Eckert, Faculty Manager, Center for Creative Leadership, Brussels.
