The debate about public service reform seems to have lost some of its initial heat. For people working in public services, however, it remains as important an issue as ever. This report builds on all the work that The Work Foundation has conducted with Adobe, as well as on a brief literature review and a workshop with more than 60 senior attendees from across the public sector. The report highlights the key findings and insights from speakers and attendees, and concludes with some recommendations about the implications of public sector policy and practice.
